Small countertops, cutting boards, chess boards, and other smaller product orders are shipped with the chosen shipping speed during checkout. For large orders and countertops over 65 pounds, will be shipped motor freight (LTL) on a pallet. Please be sure to specify delivery details, or call us when placing your order to arrange and assure a smooth delivery. Keep in mind that your order will be of considerable weight and size and the drivers responsibility to deliver to your loading dock, parking lot, driveway, curbside, or other location that is safe and can be legally accessed. The safety of delivery is at the drivers discretion. We also offer white glove delivery to the specific location in your home, office, or business.
Damage During Shipment:
We take great care when packing your order. In the unlikely event that there is any damage during shipment and it is visible when you receive your order, please have the delivery driver note the damage before you sign for the shipment. If your order is damaged to the point where it is not usable, you should refuse the shipment, and we will get a replacement shipped out to to you as soon as possible. If the damage was not visible at the time of delivery and you find the product to be unacceptable, you must notify us of any issues within one business day of the delivery. If there are any defective items, we will replace them in a timely manner ta no additional cost to you.
All of our countertops are custom made to order and are non-returnable. Any other custom products are non-returnable. Cutting boards, chess boards, backgammon boards, wine bottle holders, and products that are not custom, or have not been customized can be returned, only in original, unused condition, free from any damage, stains, and includes all original packaging, within 15 days for refund or exchange. Products that are returned for any reason are subject to a 20 percent re-stocking fee. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyers responsibility. All made to order products are guaranteed for quality and are non-returnable.
In most cases, your order will be made and shipped in 3-6 weeks, depending on the product and size of your order. For large orders, extra lead time should be accounted for. We aim to provide an accurate lead time for large orders and have a perfect delivery success rate. In stock products will ship within one business day of order being placed.
